Return Process

Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and proof of purchase.
- 2.Internal Review
Our technical team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if the product meets our warranty and return criteria.
- 3.Package and Ship
Securely pack the item in its original Anker packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories before shipping it to our designated service center.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
Once received, we will inspect the device for hardware defects and process your exchange or refund within 3 to 5 business days.
